management of large flock of egg laying hens and mobile pasture units, egg collection, chick brooding, troubleshooting, and related activities Post Harvest Coordinator inventory and farmstand management, post-harvest prep for sales, quality control, work in coordination with assistant production manager and farm manager Farm Crew plant, weed, harvest, post-harvest prep, delivery, chicken duties, general farm tasks Schedule and Compensation Monday-Friday and some Saturdays 7:00-4:00 with flexibility to work until 5:00 Full Time/Part Time available 24-45 hours per week Starting pay based on experience: $13-$15/hr.
