Farmstand Attendant
Tempel Farms Organics is looking for a reliable, personable individual to run our on-site farmstand from May-November. This role is customer facing and plays a big part in how customers experience the farm.

Schedule and Compensation
Thursday- 11:30 - 6:30
Friday-Sunday 8:30-4:30
with flexibility to work earlier/later during peak season
Starting pay: $15/hr.  

Responsibilities
Set up and stock the farmstand daily
Greet customers and handle sales (cash and digital)
Answer basic questions about produce and farm practices
Keep displays clean, organized, and well stocked
Close down and secure the farmstand end of day

Desired Qualities
Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
Reliable and Punctual 
Able to work independently
Basic math and cash handling skills
Interest in local food and farming

​Tempel Farms Organics produces certified organic produce, eggs, honey, and apples on about 12 acres, rotated over 25 acres seasonally.   We focus on soil-building, micro-biology and habitat preservation, diversification of crops and companion planting, regenerative grazing, working with natural systems, and growing the best possible produce available to our neighbors.
